Roll Okanagan Goat Cheese (150G/5.3 Oz)
1 garlic clove finely chopped
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup white wine
8 morels finely chopped
1/4 cup/2 oz of table creammelt one tbsp of butter in a sauce pan.
saut garlic shortly
add morels, simmer for 2 minutes at medium heat
add white wine and lemon juice
add goat cheese and stir well
add cream until desired consistency is reached
add Herbamare and freshly ground pepper to taste
