Cheesy Mushroom Caps
Ingredients:
- 4 large field Mushrooms
- 100 g Okanagan Goat Cheese Crumbles
- 25 g roughly chopped and toasted walnuts
- 4 thyme sprigs
- Knob butter cut into small pieces
- Rocket greens to garnish
Method:
Heat oven to 400 F.
Put the mushrooms on a baking tray sprinkle the cheese on top together with the walnuts, thyme sprigs and butter.
Cook for 10 minutes in the oven until the cheese is melted and the mushrooms are softened. Decorate plates with rocket greens and place the mushrooms on top.
A quick and delicious side dish or appetizer that's ready in 5 minutes.
