Morel and Goat Cheese Sauce
- 1 Roll Okanagan Goat Cheese (150g/5.3 oz)
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 8 morels, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup/2 oz table cream
- 1 tbsp butter
Melt butter in a saucepan. Saute garlic briefly. Add morels, simmer for 2 minutes at medium heat. Add white wine and lemon juice. Add goat cheese and stir well . Add cream until desired consistency is reached. Add Herbamare (a low-sodium seasoning) and freshly ground pepper to taste.
